Covid-19 Update

Dear Parents and Students of ESOMA,
It is our hope that during this very challenging crisis, everyone continues to stay safe and well. Evergreen Studio of Music & The Arts (ESOMA) like many arts and music programs across the country pivoted into an online environment in the midst of this pandemic. Our Faculty has transferred to an online format, utilizing resources such as zoom and Facetime to carry out a virtual reality classroom teaching.

As few teachers and students transfer to in-person classes in our studio. We are taking proactive steps to address a number of concerns and we request or everyone's support as we continue our limited operations and help prevent the spread of COVID-19.

-
Our hall has been developed to host in-person lessons that abide by social distance measures
-
Masks will be required to be worn at all times. Plexiglas will be installed as well for when masks cannot be used.
-
Alcohol-based hand sanitizers are placed in every classroom, bathrooms and lobby
-
Increased the frequency of cleaning high-traffic areas
-
Students will be asked to wash their hands before starting the lesson
-
All instruments in the classrooms should be wiped with sanitized tissues before every lesson
-
Wash hands with warm soapy water for at least 20 seconds.
-
No student will be allowed to start a lesson if the teacher observes that this student is having respiratory symptoms. We ask that parents do not bring children suffering from severe colds and cough to the school. Students should stay home when sick.
-
Make up classes will be allowed due to illness. Schedule shohuld be arranged with the teacher.
-
Parents are requested to refrain from staying and waiting at the school lobby if they are suffering from respiratory symptoms.
-
We ask that tuition payments be dropped off at the red payment box located at the front of the main door on Aborn Road. If you need a receipt, it will be given to your child during class.

As always thank you so much for your continued support. Should you have any more questions please do not hesitate to contact us by phone/text at 408-772-6129 or email arielle@evergreensoma.com
